SICFIT Old Town as a part of the community that we are in, has made it a goal to uplift the FITness, nutrition, flexibility, and over all quality of life for each and every student that crosses it’s threshold. Through group exercise, Private Training, Nutrition Counseling , Olympic lifting, running, rowing, gymnastics, and over all functional fitness we achieve this goal.
The SIC in SICFIT Old Town stands for Strength In Conditioning which is what we provide for our students in the form of programming for group as well as private one on one training. We also provide body weight only, explosive training, gymnastics, sport specific, endurance and strength training as well as corporate wellness to help with those long days behind a desk.
We would encourage those of you who are looking for overall better fitness, lifestyle, and well being to come to SICFIT Old Town with a mind set of taking the first steps in a long journey to find your true FIT self.
